This recipe is a quick way of adding some flair to any meal.


Simply follow the McCain Garden Peas instructions on the back which will take you a few minutes. Then add 30ml of cream, chopped chives, a pinch of salt and white pepper in a blender and blend until smooth and consistent.


This is ready, tasty and can be served in an array of ways. Here I’ve served it with a Surf n Turf(steak and prawn) along with roasted McCain potatoes and boiled McCain sweet corn. It gives you so many options.
