Here’s an easy 10-minute meal using delicious sweet potato chips from McCain and some hake.

This literally needs one pan

1.

Season the chips with salt and dried thyme. Fry in olive oil until they have a crisp edge to them, remove and garnish how you wish. I like crispy onion

Add butter, garlic, coriander and a lemon wedge to your pan. Season your hake with salt and white pepper and place in the pan in the side with the skin. Two mins of basting and then place in a hot oven for one minute. Remove, plate and enjoy.
